Account data, contact data, educational data: The data of this legally non-binding test is kept until the end of the semester in which the participant has applied, regardless of whether the participant subsequently enrols.
Cookies: Session cookies are deleted after the browser is closed.
Log data: After the end of the application period, the log data will be deleted retroactively for the application period.

If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 DSGVO).
If inaccurate personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO).

The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this. You are not obliged to provide your data. It is collected on a voluntary basis. However, your data is required for processing your application for enrolment.
The following data is collected, processed and stored in the course of using the system:
Account data: E-mail address; password
Contact data: Surname; First name; Gender; Nationality; Date of birth; QR code (surname, first name).
Educational data: Online test results
Log data: IP address, date and time of request, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of request (specific page), access status /HTTP status code, amount of data transferred in each case, website from which the request came, browser, operating system and its interface, language and version of browser software.
